About me!

Get to know me better!es

As a current Undergraduate student at the University of Miami, I am constantly surrounded by evolving ideas and practices within the business world. I am continuously developing my hard and soft business skills in the most current classes across all business fields to gain a better knowledge of not just my Marketing degree, but also skills like accounting and finance. I have previously dabbled in a multitude of fields ranging from being a sale associate to a corporate sales Intern at Eberjey, each using a wide array of skills that differ from each job. I have found myself to be a passionate worker no matter my field. Since I am also passionate about other actives, such as art, health and fitness, and the environment, I try to blend my passions in with my business skills. Thus, creating a creative business environment where I work. From ideas of creativity like having a community chalk board where any customer can draw their ideas on while waiting in line, to trying to collaborate team walks during lunch to get my coworkers moving during the day, I have blended all my passions together to make myself stand out as a worker.

My Passion...

My passion is driven from my internal need to create new and innovate ideas both in art and in the business world. I am constantly trying to move forward and apply new methods and ideas to the fast-passed world of business. Customer satisfaction and the analysis of it are ideas that intrigue me to make sure that what I create is favored by my target market. I love creating, from marketing campaigns and pieces of art, to creatively solving problems. I create so that someone can see the piece of my work and gain a feeling that no one else around them can have because it is uniquely theirs, even though everyone might view the same piece.

CONSUMER PRODUCT SALES INTERN, L'OREAL

May 2019 - August 2019

I analyzed existing display practices nationally at CVS client, reviewed SKU mix, color distributions, and inventory trends and generated a store ranking system, on Excel, to identify high/low volume sales within stores. Based on these results, I then created a tiered shipment method to maximize sales and reduce stale inventory, resulting in the adoption of this method by top management they decided to seek client implementation.
I also participated in meetings at CVS, including discussions on displays, marketing campaigns, and product promotions. I created a Master SKU/distribution list to permit quick search functions and generate efficiencies and based on this master SKU list, I was able to coordinate validation of return requests from CVS nationally, documenting requests in Excel and making final return recommendations to managers.

I presented all of my findings and recommendations for implementation to approximately 15 senior managers, including U.S.A President of Consumer Product Sales

Sales Intern, Eberjey

May 2019-August 2019

I identified relevant data to evaluate product sales and trends, and created Excel spreadsheets to analyze data and prepare summaries of results for internal use and modified summaries for presentations to retailers of best-selling products. I analyzed product placement while implementing visual merchandising tactics on the show floor, arranged displays to maximize attention to high volume product sales, and prepared shipments to retailers containing product samples. I also participated in the organization and decision making of Eberjey’s Miami Swim Week Show, Cabana sales show, and photoshoots for future marketing campaigns!

Assistant Fashion Editor, Distraction Magazine

May 2018- May 2019

I helped to create, edit, and publish engaging content related to fashion and beauty trends for DistractionMagazine's print. I worked collaboratively to forecast fashion/beauty trends based upon individual research and group brainstorming ideas. And finally, I collaborated with multiple photographers and designers to discuss to article, edit photos, and review final proposals which then get sent off to the printer for our print issue!

LORI KARBAL, SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN

May 2016 - August 2016

I helped Lori Karbal revamp her social media accounts to create a singular, prominent aesthetic throughout all her media platforms. I helped gain a large following on Instagram that helped increase sales since customers could now see more products and options as they scrolled through their daily social media. Now, people can view a product on Instagram and call Lori Karbal and order over the phone. By continuously posting daily and getting models to try on the clothes, we were able to give the customers a more pleasurable shopping experience.
